Pets First Veterinary Center is seeking a Lead Technician / Lead Assistant to help oversee daily clinical operations while actively working on the floor in a technician or assistant role.

This position combines hands-on patient care with real-time team coordination, workflow oversight, and case support. Responsibilities include maintaining clinic flow, assisting with treatments, lab work, surgery, and high-attention cases, while helping ensure protocols and responsibilities are consistently followed throughout the day.

The ideal candidate has strong clinical skills, clear communication, and the ability to maintain awareness of the overall hospital workflow while managing multiple responsibilities at once.

CVTs and experienced Veterinary Assistants are encouraged to apply. Experience with leadership, training, or workflow coordination is preferred.
