Payments & Office Policies

  • Payment Options

    We accept cash, major credit cards. Payment is due at the time of service.

  • Cancellations

    If you need to cancel, please notify us 24 hours in advance so we can offer the spot to another pet in need.

  • Records

    You may request copies of your pet’s medical records or prescriptions at any time.

  • Estimates

    We’re happy to provide treatment plans and estimates before beginning care so you can make informed choices.
